The Major provides in-depth study in an area of specialization and is required to earn a baccalaureate degree, along with UB Curriculum (general education) and other university degree requirements.
Combined degrees combine the requirements of an undergraduate and a graduate degree, accelerating the time to complete both degrees. Graduate-level courses are substituted for a limited number of upper-level undergraduate requirements. Students meet the required learning outcomes for both degree programs, therefore two degrees are awarded.
