CDS 522LAB - Disorders Diagnosis This 3-credit course provides students with a survey of diagnostic principles and procedures involved in the evaluation of children and adults with communication disorders. This course focuses on understanding the comprehensive nature of the diagnostic process and diagnostic planning, with an emphasis on critical thinking. A number of strategies will be used to achieve these broad objectives. These will include lectures by the instructor and guest experts, small group in-class critical thinking projects, and simulation exercises. Credits: 1
Requisites: Co-Requisite: Students must register for CDS 522LAB and CDS 522LEC in the same term.
