CDS 624LAB - Communication Internship

All students pursuing the Doctorate of Audiology degree will complete a full-time externship experience during the fourth year of the program, typically summer, fall and spring semester. The placement process will be individualized to each student’s educational and professional goals. The student will consult and work with the Audiology 4th Year Externship Education Coordinator to determine the appropriate externship placement. Students will be required to meet virtually every month and present case studies. The goal will be to reach competency for the scope of audiology by the end of the year.
