CDS 528LEC - Neural Basis of Communication

This course provides an introduction to neuroscience, with a special emphasis on the neuroscience of communication. The course will provide an overview of the fundamentals of neuroscience and the systems that make up the brain from the brainstem to the frontal lobes. Students will build a base that can inform an understanding of speech, language, and hearing disorders and build skills relevant for communicating about complex scientific subjects.
