CIE 618LEC - Blast Engineering

This course introduces methods of analysis and design of structural components and systems to resist the effects of external and internal air-blast loadings. Methods range from single-degree-of-freedom representations of demand and capacity to detailed representations using finite element and computational fluid dynamics codes.
