This course is an equity valuation class where students will learn how to determine the fair or intrinsic value of publicly traded common stock. Students will learn how analysts use discounted cash flow analysis and relative valuation techniques to determine the value. The course also covers dynamics that influence equity valuation such as industry analysis and macro-economic factors. This course covers most the CFA Level 1 equity portion of the exam.
