This course is designed to provide the student with knowledge of the philosophy, principles, practices and skills of development as a integral part of institutions of higher education. In the process of the course the student will be trained as professional in the arts and sciences of development in order that they may successfully compete for development positions in institutions of higher education. As part of the course requirements the student is expected to complete and return in a timely fashion exercises which will be distributed in class.
