END 515SEM - Design for Real Estate Development

Course will examine selected topics in real estate development. Where appropriate, the course will incorporate guest speakers with expertise in real estate development, urban planning, architecture, environmental design, law, and community development, among other subjects. To solidly ground the classroom component of the course in a real-world context, the course will also require students to visit and analyze several development sites.
