MGA 605LEC - Acctg for Mgmt Decision Making

This course provides an introduction to the concepts and methodologies of management accounting. The objective of this course is to learn how managers use the cost-based information to make data-driven informed decisions for strategic planning and control as well as evaluate the performance of business divisions. Finally, we will cover mathematical techniques (e.g. differential equations, ordinary least squares regressions) to analyze a firm¿s cost structure.
