MGS 624LEC - Advanced IT Process Quality Management

The use of Six Sigma and Lean tools is becoming increasingly popular in the IT sector. The target audience for this course is students who have a basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC framework, who want to learn Lean and Six Sigma tools in more depth, so that they can become experts in these tools and utilize them in managing the clash between IT and business processes in large, complex IT projects.
