MT 522LEC - Biomolecular Technology and Diagnostics

MT 422/522, Biomolecular Technology and Diagnostics, will present and build on the basic biochemistry needed to understand Mendelian genetics, basic techniques used in molecular biology, practical uses of molecular biotechnology in disease diagnosis, research and industry, and the ethical issues surrounding the use of biotechnology. Registration in MT 422/522 Lecture is limited to accepted MS and BS majors of MT and BTE; on a space available basis, students from other majors who have fulfilled the prerequisites may petition for enrollment.
