NLH 639LEC - Planning, Forecasting, and Financial Management in Health Care Systems This course presents an in depth examination of economic, finance, and accounting concepts employed by managerial personnel in health care organizations. Specific topics will include health care economics, accounting principles, cost analysis, planning and control management of the organization’s financial resources, and the use of management tools to achieve specified nursing and health care system and patient care outcomes. Credits: 3
