PER 846LEC - Dental Therapeutics

This course is a continuation of Dental Pharmacology that emphasizes pharmacology as it pertains to the clinical practice of dentistry. Topics are organized into two sections. The first section reviews different categories of dental therapeutics and their pharmacological actions. The second section reviews the clinical usage of dental therapeutics in a clinical problem based approach. Satisfactory completion of Dental Pharmacology is a prerequisite for this course.
