ODS 535 - Advanced Oral Pathology

This course offers students the opportunity to refine diagnostic skills by emphasizing the clinical-pathological correlation of various diseases. It uses a teaching format that builds on prior knowledge of histology, pathology, and oral/maxillofacial pathology. Methods include mini-lectures, case studies, and problem-based learning, with digital histopathology images and virtual microscopy to aid in diagnosis. Students are expected to read in advance and actively engage in class activities.
