MGB 301LEC - Organizational Behavior Explores the systematic interrelation of economic, technological, psychological, and sociological variables useful in observing, predicting, and influencing organizational behavior. Key organizational behavior topics include personality, motivation, justice, leadership, team dynamics, and organizational culture. By the end of this course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the factors that drive employees’ behavior within organizations, and develop ways of thinking about organizational problems to increase their effectiveness as leaders.
