MGI 301LEC - Human Resources Management and Labor Relations for Managers Introduces the management of human resources (HR) at the level of the firm. Focuses on the systems and practices required to implement such HR functions as selection, development, compensation, and performance appraisal. Evaluates these HR decisions with a framework that considers the influence of legal and market environments, as well as union and nonunion settings. Course assignments emphasize managerial applications.
