MGT 401LEC - Public Policy, Law and Management Focuses on the regulatory and policy implications of the interaction between government and private business entities, including corporations, partnerships and other business forms. Designed to help students understand the legal environment in which business organizations operate. This course also examines the role of ethics in business decision-making and the distinction between ethical and legal constraints. Includes discussion of specific laws affecting business and management, including securities regulation, antitrust statutes, and the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation of 2002.
