PMY 311LEC - Chemistry of Drug Action

The objective of this course is to provide the student with an understanding of: basic pharmacological principles involving pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics; and how the chemical structure of a drug and its physiochemical properties determine its molecular mechanism of action and the body?s response and handling of the drug.
