This class studies the federal judicial function and the jurisdiction of federal courts under Article III and federal law. Principal topics include: (1) justiciability doctrines, (2) congressional control over federal jurisdiction, (3) judicial power in administrative agencies and Article I courts and (4) suits challenging official action.
