LAW 622LEC - Business Law: Context, Foundations, Vocabulary The NYC Program begins with an intensive introduction to basic vocabulary, skills, and concepts designed to develop a foundation for collaborative learning and working during the semester. Topics include a review of the basic structure of corporations and the obligations of officers and directors; basic accounting principles, with some attention to valuation; introduction to monetary policy and central banking; fiscal policy and trade; and a great deal of vocabulary.
