LAW 629LEC - Children and the Law

The purpose of this course is to develop a basic understanding of the role the law plays in the lives of children, their families and the relationship between the government, children and families. The course will focus on children’s perspectives, and on the role attorneys have in children’s lives and the enforcement of rights children may enjoy.
