LAW 749TUT - Court of Appeals Intensive

The course will study the role of this state’s highest court in law and governance. More importantly, the course will provide insight with respect to the decision-making process of the Court and the best means of presenting legal issues and arguments to that body and its staff. The course also will enlighten aspiring appellate attorneys as to how to think like and how to best communicate with the Court and its counsels. In view of those goals, ample time and opportunity for classroom discussion and debate will be provided.
