LAW 841LEC - International Legal Advocacy This course will provide students with the opportunity to learn the fundamental aspects of international legal research, writing, and advocacy. The International Legal Advocacy course will utilize the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (the Jessup Competition) as a vehicle for teaching these skills through student participation in researching and drafting a comprehensive international brief (known as a Memorial) and rigorous oral argument. Enrollment is limited to students who are offered membership on the Jessup Competition team as a result of tryouts held during the Spring semester.
