LAW 903LEC - Advanced International Legal Advocacy

This course will provide students with the opportunity to expand their abilities in international legal research, writing, and advocacy. The Advanced International Legal Advocacy course will utilize the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (the “Jessup Competition”) as a vehicle for teaching these skills through student participation in researching and drafting a comprehensive international brief (known as a “Memorial”) and rigorous oral argument. Enrollment is limited to students who are offered membership on the Jessup Competition team.
