LAW 913LEC - Historic Preservation and Related Conservation Laws

This course will provide students with an understanding of the values that Historic Preservation attempts to achieve, with significant emphasis on the legal techniques available to save historic properties. The Course will provide a survey of the legislative and administrative requirements as they relate to preserving or altering a historic property. Finally, the Course will analyze current problems and issues in Historic Preservation law.
