NSG 414LEC - Health Systems Policy and Economics

This course examines the policy and politics involved in the access, cost and quality of healthcare. Students will address economic considerations faced by institutions and key stakeholders. The role of the nurse as a member of the interprofessional team, within the context of the complex healthcare environment, is explored.
