PHC 425LEC - Pharmaceutical Biotechnology: From Bench to Bedside This course covers the drug development process of protein therapeutic drugs, as distinct from small chemical molecules. The course briefly reviews recombinant DNA techniques relevant to pharmaceutical biotechnology. The course covers topics of pharmaceutical chemistry, basic pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, and pharmacotherapeutics of selected biopharmaceuticals.
