LAW 924LEC - Sexual Harassment in the Age of #MeToo

This four-session, one-credit bridge course will focus on the law of sexual harassment primarily as it is applied in the workplace under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The instruction regarding Title VII will include detailed discussions of the substantive elements of a sexual harassment claim, the procedural hurdles to bringing a sexual harassment claim, and the remedies that are available. Title VII will also be discussed and analyzed in light of the recent developments of the #MeToo movement.
