Academic Requirements
- 2.000 minimum GPA in minor courses.
- At least three courses applied for the minor cannot be used to fulfill any other program requirements (UB Curriculum, major, or other minor).

- Understand and describe current theories, methods, and design principles related to human factors and ergonomics.
- Identify, formulate, and solve problems in the areas of human factors and ergonomics.
- Apply appropriate theories and methods to analyze and design human-technology systems which are safe and effective for people to use and operate.
- Communicate effectively about human factors and ergonomics engineering problem solutions, and system designs.
