The computer science (CS) education program offers multiple paths to New York State teacher certification in computer science for preservice and in-service teachers, in the context of innovative research on K-12 computer science teaching and learning. Certification titles include: Initial Certification (Certificate of Advanced Study), Initial/Professional (Initial Certification combined with a master’s degree), and Professional (master’s degree).
