The Master of Science in Accounting degree program is designed for accounting students or professionals who have completed an undergraduate accounting degree from a U.S. college or university, and who seek to enhance their technical and professional skills through completion of an advanced degree in accounting. The one-year, full-time curriculum, together with most undergraduate accounting programs, satisfies the 150-hour educational requirement for certification and licensure as a certified public accountant (CPA) in New York State. Our MS Accounting graduates have consistently had top CPA exam performances amoung the largest accounting programs in New York State and are equipped with the complete package of credentials, experience, and higher-level skils (critical thinking, presentation skills, communications, time management, leadership, and more) to rise to the top in today’s competitive and data-driven workplace.
