Exercise science is the scientific study of how human movement influences health, fitness, performance and disease prevention. The Exercise Science MS covers how physical activity and exercise can be used in the prevention and management of chronic disease and disability through lifespan.. Students will learn the implementation of functional assessment evaluations (exercise, nutrition, or motion analysis), as well as mechanisms of injury and repair and the use of exercise as a therapeutic agent.

- Community Health and Health Behavior (CHB)
- Physiology (PGY)
- Rehabilitation Sciences (RSC)
- excluding Athletci Training courses and ES 532 , ES 539 , ES 597 , ES 599 .
Culminating Experience: Exam, Project or Thesis (3-6 credits)
Total Credit Hours: 36
