Foundations of LeaderCORE is a personal and professional development journey that will help you gain competency in the following areas: self-management and adaptability, results orientation, interpersonal relationships, communications, teamwork and collaboration, team leadership, problem solving and decision making, global and diversity mindset, strategic thinking and integrity. Upon completion you will develop and strengthen these competencies in order to be better prepared for the world of work.

Course Requirements

Foundations of LeaderCORE Core (3 credits)

MGB 630SEM - LeaderCORE Foundations I Credits: 1.5
MGB 631SEM - LeaderCORE Foundations II Credits: 1.5

Additional Requirements

Foundations of LeaderCORE Portfolio:
- Submit a comprehensive portfolio highlighting your development during the program, including reflections on your experiences and a summary of the goals you have achieved.
Foundations of LeaderCORE Interview:
- Finally, to earn your micro-credential, you will participate in an interview assessment, allowing you to articulate your journey and discuss your progress.
