ECO 182LD - Introduction to Microeconomics This course provides an overview of how individuals and firms make decisions regarding the allocation of scarce resources to maximize the value they obtain from these resources. The course also looks at how markets are structured and how resource scarcity has caused markets to evolve. Finally, it addresses the debate on whether regulating markets can improve their functioning. This course may be taken independently of ECO 181 .
