MTH 337LEC - Introduction to Scientific and Mathematical Computing Computing now plays an essential and ever-expanding role in science and mathematics. This course provides a broad introduction to computing in the sciences and in both abstract and applied mathematics. It is accessible to students early in their undergraduate program, thereby opening the door to the profitable use of computation throughout the junior and senior years.
