APY 146LEC - Introduction to Forensic Anthropology Forensic anthropology is the application of biological anthropology and archaeological principles and techniques to legal investigations. This introductory course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the role of forensic anthropology in the criminal justice system, focusing on the search and recovery of human remains, estimating the biological profile of individuals, assisting with the identification of human remains and skeletal trauma analysis.
