GEO 460LEC - Geography of Development Examines how regions, cities, and countries are engaged in economic, political, and institutional strategies in order to tackle problems related to poverty, underdevelopment, economic decline, and/or economic stagnation. Attention is given to the influences of local and global forces, actors, and policies on regional and national competition and development.
