NSG 416LAB - Wellness & Illness Concepts with Individuals, Families and Communities III - Practicum This course builds on the foundation of Wellness and Illness I and II Practicum, preparing students for the complexities of practice as they transition into professional practice as a member of the interprofessional team. Students will recognize evolving situations for individuals, families and populations across the lifespan. Students will synthesize and analyze assessment findings and relevant trending data, connecting this information to previous knowledge and experiences to prioritize care and promote quality and safe outcomes.
