PUB 101LEC - Introduction to Public Health Public health seeks to understand and improve the health and wellbeing of both individual people and of populations (groups of people). In this course we examine public health perspectives on health, wellness, illness, and population well-being. This includes understanding key influences on the health and wellbeing of individuals and populations and addressing health problems from a population health perspective.
