Management Minor

Admission Criteria


  • Minimum 2.500 prerequisite GPA
  • Minimum UB GPA of 2.500
  • Minimum overall GPA 2.500
  • 60 earned credit hours

This program is competitive and admission is not guaranteed even if all admission criteria is met. 

Current UB students in a non-management major seeking admission to the Management Minor should submit the Undergraduate Minor application form.

Management Core (3 credits)

Total Credit Hours Required represents the minimum credits needed to complete this program, and may vary based on a number of circumstances. This chart should not be used for financial aid purposes.

Academic Requirements


  • UB and Introductory courses GPA must be minimum 2.500 for admission to the management minor.
  • GPA of 2.000 in management core and elective courses required for completion of the management minor.
  • All 300 level required minor courses completed at the University at Buffalo

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Students are required to complete all of the 300 level required minor courses at the University at Buffalo
