The bad news is that people are destroying the planet. The good news is that change-makers like you can help save it. How? By learning how people interact with the environment in one complex ecosystem, so we can reduce the negative impact of humans without causing undue harm to society. It’s certainly not easy. But if you’re ready to help solve complicated issues that affect billions of people, then the world could really use your help.

For example, if a curriculum requires a student to select two courses from a particular section and the student completes three courses from that section, all three courses would be used to calculate a student’s major GPA. Transfer Credit Policy For students not continuously registered at UB or who are newly admitted transfer students, courses taken more than 10 years prior to the date of admission or readmission to the University may constitute no more than 20% of a major program in the Environment and Sustainability Degree Programs. At least 50 percent of coursework toward the major must be completed at UB. Program Distinction
