MGT 403LEC - Business Law This course introduces students to the various sources of law and the litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes. It also analyzes major legal issues in business decision-making, including intentional and unintentional torts (including negligence and products liability), contract law, agency law, and introduces the Uniform Commercial Code as it relates to sales and lease contracts.

Typically Offered: Fall, Spring
Requisites: Junior or senior standing in accounting major. Students may not repeat upper-level School of Management courses in which they have earned passing grades without consulting with an academic advisor.
